Wexford Talent operates in two complementary directions:
1. American players placed into European clubs
2. In-country European players recruited into Wexford-backed teams

AMERICAN PLAYER PLACEMENTS

Wexford Talent enables American players—men and women, across multiple competitive
levels—to apply for temporary placements with professional European clubs.
Common placements include:
● Collegiate players spending a summer season in Europe
● Post-college players seeking international experience
● Women’s players looking for competitive minutes abroad
● Semi-professional or academy-level players pursuing evaluation
Placements are short-term, competitive, and club-specific.
Funding & Sponsorship
All American player placements require independent sponsorship, typically funded by:
● The player
● Family support
● Colleges or athletic departments
● Private sponsors
Sponsorship covers:
● Travel
● Room and board
● Registration and administrative costs
● Player stipend or wage where applicable
Four Castles Sporting Group identifies appropriate teams, arrange travel documents and housing, and provides assistance with visas where necessary.
Four Castles Sporting Group does not sell roster spots. Players are placed only where clubs believe the opportunity is competitive and appropriate.
