Experience Wins

KEVIN DOYLE

Founder

Palm Coast Florida, USA

FCSG was formed to bridge American capital with European football—carefully, responsibly, and professionally.

The company was founded by Kevin Doyle, an American businessman who began acquiring lower-division European football clubs in 2021.

Since then, Kevin has built ownership positions in clubs across Latvia, Northern Ireland, and Austria, gaining firsthand experience in the realities of operating football organizations inside very different regulatory, cultural, and economic environments.

What began as a personal pursuit quickly became an education.

From league rules and federation compliance to local politics, staffing, academies, and matchday operations, Kevin learned—often the hard way—how complex European football ownership can be for Americans entering the space for the first time.

He also learned what works: where discipline matters, where flexibility is required, and how thoughtful ownership can improve outcomes for both investors and clubs. Along the way, Kevin helped other American investors purchase clubs—both as co-investors and as independent owners—guiding them through acquisitions, governance, and early operational decisions.

That experience revealed a consistent pattern:

the dream was real, but the barriers were unnecessary.

Our Mission

European football club ownership is deeply appealing to American investors, but the logistics of international markets—language, regulation, trust, distance, and local nuance—create friction that keeps many capable owners on the sidelines or exposes them to avoidable mistakes.

FcSg
exists to remove that friction.

By combining lived ownership experience with professional management, Four Castles Sporting Group

helps investors:

● Protect their interests as owners

● Navigate unfamiliar regulatory and cultural terrain

● Improve the long-term health and value of clubs

● Enjoy the ownership experience without being overwhelmed by complexity

We believe that with experienced guidance and proven operational frameworks, owning a European football club can be not only viable—but deeply rewarding in a way few other investments can match.

At its core,
Four Castles Sporting group is built on a simple belief:

Football clubs deserve better owners.

Investors deserve better information.

And nothing beats the feeling of walking onto the pitch with your team.

Invest With Your Head. Enjoy With Your Heart.
